Required:

• Experience as an Operations Associate.
• Experience in preparing reports, clearing outstanding debits, resolving escalated issues, processing and investigating payments, handling correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc.

Responsibilities:

• The Shareworks Services & Operations Associate is responsible for account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research for the Work business.
• Responsibilities include various operations functions such as reports, clearing outstanding debits, resolving escalated issues, processing and investigating payments, handling correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc.
• Must meet production and quality standards, cross-train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.
