Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support a large Federal agency’s IT initiatives. The role involves designing systems, developing SQL Server/Oracle databases, coding web apps, and rewriting legacy ASP applications to ASP.NET while coordinating with Government staff and a team of programmers and DBAs.

The ideal candidate will have PowerApps experience, SharePoint Online development, and an Agile mindset.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of hands-on professional development and deployment experience.
• Experience building production-grade PowerApps Canvas and PowerApps Portal solutions.
• User-Centric UI/UX design experience using PowerApps Canvas and responsive forms.
• SharePoint online development experience.
• Experience working in an Agile team environment.
• Three+ years of hands-on experience in the systems used.
• Experience with HTML, ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, XML, Oracle 12c, and ASP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and translates requirements into systems designs for computer programs.
• Develops SQL Server/Oracle database structures and processes.
• Codes web applications and collaborates with programmers and DBAs.
• Tests software with sample data and documents findings.
• Implements security access procedures and data validation.
• Providing feedback on user interfaces and critical business rules.
