Job summary

CGS seeks a Share Point Developer to join our IT team supporting a large federal agency. This full-time mid-level role focuses on designing and implementing SharePoint online, PowerApps canvas/portal solutions, and ASP.NET web applications while collaborating with government staff and other contractors.

You will participate in Agile teams, translate requirements into technical designs, and help ensure secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience in professional development and deployment of PowerApps.
• Experience building production-grade PowerApps Canvas and Portal solutions with MS Flow and SharePoint Online.
• User-centric UI/UX front-end design with PowerApps Canvas and responsive forms.
• SharePoint Online development experience.
• Experience in Agile team environment.
• At least three years of hands-on experience with the systems used.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, XML, Oracle 12c, and ASP technologies.
• Good understanding of IIS, UI design, security, relational DB, and OO principles.
• Ability to work with Civil Rights Division groups.

Responsibilities

• Designs entire system to meet defined requirements.
• Translates requirements into system designs for development of programs.
• Test software with sample data and validate results.
• Develops system documentation and reports findings.
• Collaborate with Government staff and other contractors to meet objectives.
• Provide technical direction and supervision to junior staff.
• Design and implement security access procedures.
• Develop mobile applications for Android or iOS.
• Migrate classic ASP applications to ASP.NET.
