They like people that aren't just middle of the pack producers who don't really interact with stakeholders. This person will have to have an analysis hat on, you have to have strong SharePoint and PowerApps experience but almost like a lead. You'll be the person the team will look to for this project. If folks are shy this will not work.
Conversion is subject to experience of the person but anywhere from 100k-120k plus a bonus of 6% based on your personal and company performance.
This is a healthcare customer so if making a difference in peoples lives is important than this position will be a great place to work. Plus, if you are looking for a cool project to work on this one would be it. Being a part of the companies modernization journey is pretty cool, plus, there's more to come.
Business casual. This is a 9-5, 8-4 standard hours position. You won't work OT in this role unless there's a tight deadline but it's not common. The office is new and recently renovated.
The Director doesn't want anyone from VA., they must be close to the office so that a drive in M-W isn't an issue. The reason is that they have had people who are more than an hour away and after some time, they start to come in less and less.
They lack the SharePoint and PowerApp expertise to help with the migration
Customer is moving from SharePoint to PowerApps and needs this person to own this project
