The Enterprise IT (EIT) Directorate oversees the strategic vision and implementation plan for IT systems and solutions for the enterprise at Leidos Biomedical Research, providing operational information and data systems support to Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research.
We're hiring a SharePoint Online & Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, the Power Platform, workflow automation, and modern collaboration and intranet experiences. This is a senior individual-contributor role that combines hands- on development with business and systems analysis: you'll work directly with stakeholders and end users to understand their needs, translate those needs into functional and technical specifications, and then build the solutions that meet them.
Working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, you'll partner closely with the Product Owner to turn a prioritized backlog into scalable, polished, and adoption-ready solutions. This role blends real development depth on SharePoint Online and Power Platform with the requirements analysis, documentation, and testing coordination that keep enterprise solutions aligned with the business.
