Job summary

Inflow is seeking a seasoned SharePoint Developer to support DoD and government stakeholders from our Fairfax County, Virginia area office. This role requires an active Top Secret / SCI clearance and CI polygraph, and offers the opportunity to influence critical information access across missions.

You will design, customize, and optimize SharePoint solutions, participate in SDLC with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, mentor teammates, and ensure quality through testing and defect tracking, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in SharePoint Development (including customized code, creating/modifying web parts, and creating/modifying SharePoint workflows)
• 5 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (May include SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean, etc.) with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
• 5 years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures
• 5 years of experience documenting software defects using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to software developers and project managers
• 5 years of experience with software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or other development testing experience
• 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
• DoD 8570.1‑M IAT Level II certification

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint development for government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals have correct data access across missions.
• Support the Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean) using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers and project managers.
• Support software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Other duties as assigned

You will be working alongside Government civilians, other Government contractors, and instructors in support of Inflow’s contract with the Government.

What level Clearance do I need?

You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:
