Job summary

IDR, Inc. in McKinney, TX, seeks a SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions for a government organization. The role focuses on collaboration, automation, governance, and secure operations.

The developer will manage site collections, permissions, workflows, and Power Platform integrations, working with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and user training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Proven experience with permissions, security groups, retention, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 automation.
• Experience designing information architecture, metadata, and content management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online environments and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Manage site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations with Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Govern governance, security, and compliance for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
