Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking a senior SharePoint developer to design, build, and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions, including SPFx components, forms, workflows, and custom sites.

The role requires 5–8 years in SharePoint or similar IT roles, with preference for aerospace/manufacturing industries. You will create automated tools, dashboards, and internal apps, and lead user training and change management.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in SharePoint development or similar IT/business systems roles.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions, including custom sites, workflows, forms, and SPFx components.
• Map and redesign digital workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen quality compliance.
• Build automation scripts and custom tools using Python, Power Automate, and other modern platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems in Power BI and Tableau.
• Create user-friendly internal applications using Power Apps and UX/UI best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
• Lead change management efforts, user onboarding, documentation creation, and training.
• Support data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure tools and workflows meet standards for regulated industries such as aerospace or manufacturing.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions, including custom sites, workflows, forms, and SPFx components
