Job summary

Georgia Department of Revenue in Atlanta seeks a contract-based SharePoint Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our IT team. You will build and maintain web-based applications using SharePoint Foundation, C#, VB.NET, and related technologies.

This hybrid role requires designing workflows, back-end coding, front-end configurations and thorough documentation. You will work with stakeholders and IT management to deliver high-quality, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer. Other .NET coding (C#, VB.NET) desired.
• 5+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.
• Certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline is desired.
• Familiarity using Lanteria HR Software is desired.

• Individuals selected for employment with DOR must clear a criminal background check (includes fingerprinting).
• Individuals selected for employment with DOR must complete a tax check and remain compliant with Georgia tax obligations.
• This will be a hybrid work schedule of teleworking and in-office days.
• Candidate must be local to Atlanta/Metro Atlanta.

Required/Desired Skills

• Experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer. Other .NET coding (C#, VB.NET) desired.

• Certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development (MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION).
