Novisync Solutions Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a SharePoint Developer to join our IT team.

You will apply current technologies to develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint-based applications and collaborate with DOR stakeholders daily to deliver reliable solutions. The role requires 5+ years of SharePoint development experience, familiarity with SharePoint Designer and .NET languages, and a strong focus on high-quality, secure deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer; other .NET coding (C#, VB.NET) desired.
• 5+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.
• Certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, error-free deliverables.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline is desired.
• Familiarity with Lanteria HR Software is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage site content, site capabilities, and provide daily maintenance of existing applications.
• Participate in the testing process through review, analysis, and implementation.
• Utilize familiarity with standard SharePoint concepts, practices, and procedures; rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Work with DOR business stakeholders daily.
• Work with COTS software that is SharePoint-based, including back-end SharePoint coding and front-end configurations.
• Develop software solutions by studying requirements, conferring with stakeholders and IT management, analyzing systems flow and data usage; design, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Foundation and front-end configurations.
• Troubleshoot software issues and implement SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.
• Document and demonstrate solutions with documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean code.
• Develop proof-of-concept examples.
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential.

• Individuals selected for employment with DOR must clear a criminal background check (includes fingerprinting).
