Job summary

STI Federal is seeking a Data Base Administrator with SharePoint expertise to join our team, supporting CDC-related portals and data-driven applications. You will manage daily portal updates, design features, ensure usability and IT governance, mentor users, and maintain databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, FileMaker) while aligning with program needs and SOPs.

This role offers collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, training on new features, and documentation management within SharePoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of SharePoint experience.
• Experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, FileMaker).

Responsibilities

• Update division-level portal content daily (news, events, updates, publications).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and workflows for SharePoint portal.
• Develop design/functional requirements aligned with usability guidelines.
• Install, maintain, and support enterprise databases and migrations.
• Provide user training and develop SOPs for new features within SharePoint.
