Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Mobile, AL seeks a SharePoint Technical and Data Management Specialist to support local SharePoint tools, dashboards, workflows and data organization within the SharePoint environment. Qualifications

Minimum of four years infrastructure and web-based development in a SharePoint environment.
Bachelor's degree required.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power BI.
Experience in Performance Metrics, Analysis, and Trending.

Responsibilities

Support SharePoint development of local OPC SharePoint tools, software support and upgrades such as dashboards, workflows, data maintenance, data organization within the SharePoint environment.
Develop SharePoint workflows to support contract management, team activities, dashboards for user quick view status, and mature SharePoint sites to improve document management, repository and search/referencing functions.
Initiate, expedite, and close out process workflows related to document creation, indexing, review, delivery, and approval.
Create standardized reports and presentation graphs on status of the workflows themselves and process metrics on usage of the workflow capability.
Present SharePoint systems status and user requirements.
