THOR Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a SharePoint/Data Management Specialist to support the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter program in Mobile, AL. The role involves SharePoint development, data organization, dashboards, and workflow improvements.

Eligible candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, and the Microsoft Office suite. This position requires US citizenship and eligibility for a SECRET security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least four years of recent, relevant experience with SharePoint systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint development for OPC SharePoint tools, dashboards, workflows, and data maintenance.
• Develop SharePoint workflows for contract management and reporting.
• Create reports and graphs showing workflow status and usage metrics.
• Manage an electronic database of documents in SharePoint and maintain data products.
• Monitor data repositories and communicate documentation to USCG staff.
