Job summary

Vosper Thornycroft Group in Chantilly, VA is seeking a SharePoint Collection Administrator (SCA)/Graphic Artist I to maintain Directorate SharePoint sites, develop front office pages, and support multimedia needs for briefing materials.

Candidates must hold an Active TS/SCI with Poly and have 5+ years of IC/DOD experience, strong graphics capabilities (Photoshop), and experience working with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Front office page development and maintenance for Directorate SharePoint.
• Integrate program office content and provide requested support.
• Manage access and library configuration for SharePoint.
• Maintain workflows and validate existing processes.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Media Services Center for web and graphics support.
• Provide graphics support for briefing materials and posters.
• Collaborate with team members and customers on multimedia projects.
• Provide photography support and photo editing.

Overview

We are seeking a SharePoint Collection Administrator (SCA)/Graphic Artist l located in Chantilly, VA.

What will you do?

Graphic design and Directorate SharePoint maintenance to include, but not limited to:

• Front office page development and maintenance
• Integration of individual Program Offices content and support as requested
• Directorate level access management
• Library configuration and management
• Workflow maintenance and development for Directorate processes
• Regression testing and validation of existing workflows and capabilities
• Interfacing with Enterprise Media Services Center for web andgraphicssupport
• Providing generalgraphicsupport and design for briefing material and posters
• Collaboration with team members/customers to conceptualize and develop multimedia products
• Photography support and photo editing

Do you have what it takes?

• ActiveTS/SCI with Poly
• Mid-Level: 5+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience working with Intelligence Community and/or DOD programs
• Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint sites/collections
• Demonstrated experiencing creatinggraphicsand posters (e.g., Photoshop)
• Demonstrated experience managing a training program
• Demonstrated experience working with seniorexecutives

PayRange:VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $130,000-$150,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
