Job summary

Solü Technology Partners is seeking a SharePoint Analyst to lead a 3-year Content Modernization project, migrating from legacy systems to SharePoint Online. You will design, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments to support enterprise collaboration and automated processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years with SharePoint Online, strong architecture knowledge, and hands-on administration experience, plus Power Platform skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint configuration and administration.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with ShareGate or similar migration tools a plus.
• Knowledge of AvePoint suite of products a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to gather requirements for SharePoint solutions
• Design and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
• Configure information architecture, metadata, and content types to improve usability and searchability
• Implement governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance standards
• Migrate content from legacy systems to SharePoint Online libraries
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power BI
• Train and support end users on best practices and SharePoint features to improve user adoption and experience
• Stay current with Microsoft365 and SharePoint Online updates and recommend improvements
