At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator - Sr. with experience supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs, including knowledge of policy, principles, and organizational protocols.

Job Duties
  • Implement and oversee Microsoft's SharePoint web-based document collaboration platform.
  • Integrate Microsoft applications for online collaboration and create shared storage for files.
  • Maintain the SharePoint platform and manage a Program Management correspondence tracking system within MS 365, utilizing TEAMS and SharePoint.
  • Ensure the integrity and functionality of MS 365 by monitoring and updating platforms such as PowerApps, Forms, Outlook, OneDrive, and related tools.
  • Coordinate with contractors to maintain consistency and develop technical documentation, including walkthroughs, source code, and enabling government modification of the SharePoint environment.
  • Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, workflows, and Power Platform applications to automate processes.
  • Configure enterprise capabilities to reduce data redundancy and improve data connections; manage content-type hubs and term stores for governance.
  • Maintain and update websites in accordance with government policies, develop dashboards, and ensure quality assurance.
  • Draft, staff, and submit CDRLs for government review.
Education/Experience
  • BS/BA degree
  • 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience managing complex SharePoint environments and assisting with SharePoint development
  • Strong knowledge of data management systems, back-end and front-end development, database design, data quality, and governance
  • Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET
Preferred Requirements
  • Same as above (redundant, consider consolidating)
Physical Demands

Must be able to speak, hear, walk, sit, stand, and balance. May need to lift objects up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Work Environment

Typical indoor office setting with quiet to moderate noise levels. Proper safety equipment must be used as appropriate.
