Job summary

Vanguard Management Solutions (VMGTS) is seeking a SharePoint Administrator with at least five years of relevant experience to support SharePoint administration, forms, and workflow automation. The successful candidate will provide responsive service, communicate clearly, and collaborate across departments in a client-focused consulting environment.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and relevant Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of SharePoint administration or development.
• Experience migrating forms/workflows to modern SharePoint/Power Platform.
• Experience with SharePoint and related web technologies.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Microsoft role-based certifications (MCSE, MCSA) valued.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites and related solutions.
• Develop solutions using SharePoint and related web technologies.
• Design and maintain business forms using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Assess legacy forms and workflows and support their migration to supported SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Support SharePoint modernization and migration to SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, based on the client environment.
• Design and implement a SharePoint-based training information repository and data-entry forms.
• Gather requirements across departments and recommend features that support current needs and future enhancements.
• Improve solutions based on user feedback.
