Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to manage and maintain the SharePoint environment for the Headquarters - Air Combat Command (ACC) at Langley AFB. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include configuring sites, managing permissions, and supporting collaboration across the organization while ensuring security and performance. 3+ years in SharePoint required; Security+ certification and US citizenship with a TS clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in SharePoint administration.
• Must be Security+ certified.
• Experience administering a content and collaboration platform with SharePoint.
• Experience with site collection architecture, permissions governance, and workflow development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and PowerShell.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects with formal PM methodologies.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites tailored to user needs.
• Ensure sites are organized, accessible and support collaboration.
• Manage architecture, design, development, and administration of the SharePoint platform.
• Manage user permissions and groups.
• Oversee libraries, lists, and workflows for content management.
• Improve knowledge processes using workflow optimization and best practices.
• Implement security measures, manage access controls, and monitor for threats.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor performance and apply updates to keep SharePoint running efficiently.
