The Shared Services Quality Analyst is responsible for quality assurance and driving process excellence. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system configuration. This role combines the skills of a quality systems analyst with those of a configuration analyst to ensure that the transactional system is compliant with quality standards but also properly configured, maintained, and optimized.
This role may participate in completing project-based deliverables that include, but are not limited to, process mapping, gathering business requirements, designing/generating reports, developing/executing test plans, and configuration and setup of the transactional system.
$77,991.68 - $97,489.60 annually
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
