Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Shared Services to provide critical Financial Planning and Analysis support across all Shared Services functions. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and acting as a Finance Business Partner to leaders.

Required: Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and 3+ years in Planning & Analysis; preferred Master’s in Business/Finance and 1+ year in multi-brand/shared services. Onsite 5 days/week in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Planning & Analysis.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
• 1+ years of Multi-brand corporate or Shared Services experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Execute the overall G&A process for the annual budget, partnering with the business to ensure their requests are captured and managed appropriately, and the results of the process are clearly communicated.
• Monthly analyses: Complete monthly variance analyses for G&A spend and provide explanations of material variances for use in monthly business reviews.
• Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and collection of information from Shared Services teams to produce periodic forecasts.
• Ad hoc analyses: Support business needs and requests from Finance leadership to drive insights and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and propose ways to improve day-to-day operations to work with Business Partners to be more successful.
• Diligence/Customer Service: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of team deliverables; provide excellent service to partners and colleagues.
