Job Summary

The Shared Services Finance Manager oversees reporting, business planning, financial analysis, and general F&A support for Global Shared Services. Responsibilities include controlling monthly closing activities, managing intercompany charge-backs, establishing controls, and managing international direct reports. The ideal candidate has broad accounting knowledge, strong technical and analytical skills, and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain financial models for reporting, planning, and analysis.
2. Oversee and guide global intercompany charge-backs for Shared Services.
3. Prepare and present monthly financial results to leadership.
4. Implement controls ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.
5. Synthesize complex information, develop solutions, and coordinate teams.
6. Identify and implement process improvements for reporting accuracy.
7. Manage direct reports.

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years of finance and accounting experience.
2. Broad business and accounting knowledge; familiarity with GAAP.
3. Technical skills in data analysis and relational modeling (PowerBI, PowerQuery, Excel, SQL, Access).
4. Experience with OneStream, Oracle GL, Longview, and related systems.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
