Job summary

Paycom in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a part-time Placement Coordinator to manage caregiver matching within the Shared Living and Respite programs. The role emphasizes recruiting and aligning providers with individuals' needs, preferences, and goals while ensuring DDS compliance.

The coordinator develops relationships with families and providers, conducts background checks with HR, maintains provider records, and coordinates on-site pre-placement reviews, intro meetings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human service-related field or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience recruiting and matching caregivers/providers.
• Experience with families of adults with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adaptable and organized.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and assess potential providers to ensure alignment with program standards.
• Conduct provider references and background checks with HR collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a provider database with applications, screenings, certifications, and availability.
• Match individuals with providers based on assessed needs and preferences.
• Coordinate pre-placement reviews and introductory meetings with providers and families.
• Monitor respite services and ensure documentation and compliance.
