Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Shared Living Coordinator for the South Shore area, based in Norwood with occasional travel. The role focuses on directing Shared Living Providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care and to promote quality of life for residents.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, 40 hours. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a high school diploma with relevant experience, plus a valid driver's license for travel across homes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience coordinating teams or providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Shared Living Providers to ensure high quality, compassionate care.
• Oversee delivery of Shared Living services in the South Shore area.
• Travel as required to visit Shared Living homes and providers.
• Ensure program compliance and quality improvement across homes.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Riverside Community Care as a Shared Living Coordinator for the South Shore Area!

The Shared Living Coordinator ensures the delivery of high quality, compassionate, and cost-effective services of our Shared Living Program. The coordinator is responsible for leading and directing Shared Living Providers to provide a high quality of life for individuals living in Shared Living homes.

This position is based in Norwoodbut does require some travelling in the south shore area.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (40 hours)

Pay Rate: $25.15/hourly
