You will work with the management team, state agencies, families and medical professionals to ensure needs are met and lives are meaningful. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, with on-call availability and clean background checks expected.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking amotivated and dedicated Shared Living Coordinator (SLC) who plays a vital role in the support and oversight of Home Care Providers to ensure the overall health and safety of the individuals supported in Shared Living arrangements. The SLC collaborates with the Aspire management team, coworkers, state agencies, family members, guardians, medical/mental health providers and others in the community to make sure individuals are safe, their needs are met, and their lives are as rich and fulfilling as possible
