Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a Shape Production Associate for the Washington, IA facility. The role is on a 4x10 schedule from 3:30pm to 2am with a $0.75 shift differential and weekly pay. Great benefits are included as part of a comprehensive program.

Responsibilities include operating various production equipment, ensuring correct setup and quality compliance, and training new staff as needed. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is desired.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to perform basic math and use hand-held measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• General understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
• Operate equipment such as Pre-Expander, Mold, Lamination Line, Block – Auto Line.
• Verify equipment setup before production runs and operate/shut down equipment.
• Produce parts with correct material, density, weight, size, and shape within quality tolerance while meeting productivity standards.
• Assist in training new employees
• Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble and label materials per production instructions.
