Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC is seeking a Shag Driver to operate a shag truck, move trailers, and support loading/unloading across our manufacturing and distribution facilities. The role involves frequent vehicle operation in a warehouse environment with strict safety and quality standards.

Candidates must have a Class A CDL and be able to obtain a forklift license. Responsibilities include positioning trailers, securing loads, maintaining records, and communicating effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with excellent driving record.

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Highline Warren Distribution.
• Shag driving experience preferred but not required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shag truck and move trailers between company facilities.
• Spot trailers into correct dock doors for loading and unloading.
• Ensure trailers are properly secured and ready for safe forklift operation.
• Complete work records accurately and promptly.
• Inspect equipment and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety rules.
