LaSalle Network in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - SG&A to partner with senior leadership while staying hands-on in budgeting, forecasting and exec reporting. This direct-hire, hybrid role offers visibility to executive decision-making and ownership over corporate SG&A.

You will turn SAP data into Excel-based analyses, manage spend across labor, software, vendors, insurance, IT and R&D, and work with HR and functions on headcount and cost constraints.

Formación

• FP&A experience with significant business-partnering responsibility.
• Ability to influence leaders and challenge budget decisions.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities; build analyses.
• Experience handling confidential corporate FP&A data.

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting, forecasting and actual-vs-plan analysis for corporate overhead and SG&A.
• Manage spend categories including labor, vendors/professional services, software, insurance, IT and R&D costs.
• Partner with HR and leaders on headcount, wages, and cost constraints.
• Partner with executives to plan functions, provide visibility into performance and budgets.
• Turn SAP data into Excel-based reporting and analysis for leadership.
• Maintain/rebuild reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support reporting flowing to Executive Committee, C-suite and board.
• Operate as a utility across Global FP&A as needed.
