Job summary

LaSalle Network in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Jr. Financial Operations Analyst to support operational finance initiatives in a manufacturing environment, with a hybrid work model.

This early-career role requires 1–2 years of corporate experience and offers an $85k–$90k salary plus benefits; Direct Hire.

The position focuses on financial planning, reporting, and collaboration with operations and finance teams to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional corporate experience; internship-only experience does not meet requirements.
• Preferred experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operational finance
• Strong reporting and Excel skills
• Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or commercial finance is a plus
• CPG experience and/or exposure to a manufacturing or operational environment is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial planning, forecasting, and analysis related to operations, including chemical operations
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring financial reports and analyses to support business decisions
• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests, analyze financial data, and summarize findings for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and finance teams to support reporting needs and business objectives
