Six Flags Over Georgia is seeking a Holiday Elf to bring holiday magic to life through engaging guest interactions. This seasonal role emphasizes enthusiasm, professionalism, and creating memorable experiences for children and families during the park's festive period.

Responsibilities include assisting with games and activities, distributing crafts and materials, and maintaining safety and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to interact with children and families.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety policies.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform duties for up to 6 hours.
• Available November 21, 2026 to January 3, 2027.

Responsibilities

Payrate: $10.50/Hr.

Availability Requirement

Must be able to work all operating days from November 21, 2026, through January 3, 2027. Due to the limited operating season of Holiday in the Park, applicants are required to disclose any scheduling conflicts occurring between November and January during the interview process.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable interacting with children of all ages.
• Friendly, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children and their families.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with guests, parents, and fellow team members.
• Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations and maintain control until an area supervisor arrives.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift throughout your shift.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 6 hours at a time in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Be comfortable working around strobe lights, fog, theatrical smoke, and other special effects.
• Be able to carry 10–30 pounds of costumes or props.
• Be willing to play multiple characters.
• Be able to wear a latex mask, silicone mask, or special effects makeup for long periods.

Working Conditions:

• Work may be indoors or outdoors at various times of day.
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You'll have close interaction with park guests.
• You'll use props, microphones, and other equipment.
• The job involves standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
