Job summary

Nimbly, a modern transportation and technology company, is hiring for an airport shuttle driver joining our SFO ground transport team. You’ll move airline crews quickly and safely between SFO, nearby hotels, and operations centers, reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer service, with paid training, uniforms and safety shoe allowances, and growth opportunities as Nimbly expands across California airports. Job pays 24–26 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial driving experience (shuttle, paratransit, delivery, or similar).
• Valid California Class C or B driver's license with a passenger endorsement and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a drug/alcohol test and a background check.
• Willing to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduled airport shuttle routes between SFO, hotels, and terminals.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and log issues.
• Assist with luggage up to 50 lbs and help passengers board comfortably.
• Maintain radio/PTT contact with dispatch for delays or gate changes.
• Complete mileage, timesheets, and logs on time.

About the role

You'll join our SFO ground transport team - a tight-knit group that ensures airline crew move quickly and comfortably between John Wayne Airport, hotels, and operations centers.

Reporting to our Operations Supervisor, you'll be trusted to deliver a smooth, safe ride every shift.

What you'll do

• Drive a scheduled airport shuttle route, transporting airline pilots and flight attendants between SFO, nearby hotels, and terminals.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, logging any issues to keep our fleet running safely.
• Assist with luggage, loading bags up to ~50 lbs and ensuring passengers board comfortably.
• Stay in constant radio / PTT contact with dispatch for flight delays or gate changes.
• Complete all required mileage, timesheet, and logs on time.

Ideal candidate

• Experience: 2+ years of commercial driving (shuttle, paratransit, delivery, or similar).
• Attributes: Dependable, safety-focused, positive attitude with passengers.
• Valid CA Class C or B California Driver's License with a passenger (P) endorsement, and a clean driving record; able to pass a drug/alcohol test and background check.
• Willing to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays on a flexible.
• Bonus points for prior airport / airline crew driving.

The pay range for this role is:

24 - 26 USD per hour (Foster City Office)
