Job summary

Revely is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our delivery team in Indianapolis. You will own strategy, solution design, and delivery across a portfolio of Revely client accounts, partnering with client stakeholders to solve campaign, journey, and lifecycle marketing challenges on Salesforce.

You will work closely with a teammate or mentor, stay current on Marketing Cloud releases, and help elevate client programs with intelligent automation and AI-assisted personalization.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery on mid-market to enterprise clients.
• Certified MC Administrator and MC Consultant or in-progress.
• Experience with AMPScript, SQL, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, solution design and delivery across client accounts.
• Translate goals into practical MC Engagement/Next and Pardot solutions.
• Design multi-channel customer journeys and automations.
• Lead QA, deliverability checks and data validation.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We're looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our delivery team. You'll own the strategy, solution design, and delivery across a portfolio of Revely marketing-cloud client accounts, working daily with client marketing stakeholders to solve real campaign, journey, and lifecycle marketing challenges on Salesforce. We expect you to be able to run with it. We also make sure you're never running alone: there's always a teammate, a mentor, or a next certification to help you level up.

What You'll Own

• Manage and configure Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next environments including platform setup and optimization
• Build and maintain segmentation, personalization, lead scoring, and automation to maximize marketing effectiveness and client satisfaction
• Leverage dynamic content and merge field infrastructure to support personalization and automation objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Engagement Studio or Flow programs that align with business goals and client needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation on best practices, troubleshooting, and SFMC administration processes.

What You Bring

• A proven track record independently delivering as Salesforce end user or Admin
• Required or in-progress certifications:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Next Consultant
  • Salesforce Data360 Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Next features and product offerings
• Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills: you can run a discovery session and defend a solution design on your own, with a team ready to weigh in whenever you want a second opinion
• Comfort managing multiple client engagements and competing priorities simultaneously; you'll always have a portfolio of accounts, not just one
• Prior experience partnering directly with marketing and sales teams
