Responsibilities

• Highly proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Einstein Analytics
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce declarative customization - Custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, process builders etc.
• Highly proficient with Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Aura, Flows for Industries (DPA), REST API, SOQL, Salesforce Platform events, CDC etc.
• Experience building customer facing, web-based user interfaces using Experience Cloud, with an understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS etc.
• Expertise in Force.com Sites, Salesforce Shield, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, SSO, Authentication protocols etc.
• Expert level knowledge of Salesforce coding best practices
