Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise CRM data programs at scale, with emphasis on FSC, Wealth, Insurance, and Customer 360 data domains. You will architect FSC data models and oversee migrations from multiple source systems, APIs, and batch feeds to ensure data integrity.

You will partner with executives, operations, data owners, and engineering to align data strategy with business goals, establishing governance and volumetric benchmarks for complex data programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise CRM data programs across FSC, Wealth, Insurance, or Customer 360.
• Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data architecture and data model.
• Experience migrating from Custom Applications, CRM, Wealth Management, Insurance Administration and Advisor platforms.
• Strong understanding of Customer, Household, Relationship, Financial Account, Holdings, Insurance Policy, Activity and Interaction data domains.
• Experience defining migration strategies with multiple source systems, APIs and batch feeds.
• Proven ability to establish migration volumetrics, reconciliation frameworks, and data governance models.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business executives, operations teams, data owners, architects and engineering teams to drive critical data decisions.
• Lead data migration initiatives, ensuring integrity and traceability across platforms.
