Job summary

Google seeks a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join the Devices & Services group. You will perform functional analysis and design in Salesforce, support capability enhancements and defect fixes, and integrate Salesforce with other applications while handling admin tasks.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to translate requirements into technical specs and prioritizing Salesforce features and fixes to meet stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience designing and implementing finance or sales systems.


• 3 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Preferred qualifications

• Has one or more of the following certificates: Salesforce Developer certification, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Certification, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Certification.


• Experience designing and implementing SFDC solutions in SalesCloud leveraging AgentForce and DataCloud.


• Experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations and bug fixes.


• Knowledge of general IT solutions and excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Understanding of Angular development within the SFDC platform to inform functional design and specifications.


• Effective technical, problem resolution and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you'll work with the Devices and Services systems group and help perform functional analysis and design in Devices and Services’ Salesforce environment. You'll support Salesforce capability enhancements and defect fixes based on requirements gathered from internal stakeholders to address their Salesforce-related needs. You will also be relied upon to integrate Salesforce with other applications in addition to performing system administrator tasks.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $108000 - $153000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
