Role: SFCC Front-end Lead Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SFCC-based Front End solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to developers.
• Implement and maintain integrations with analytics, personalization tools, and external APIs.
• Design and develop SFCC Page Designer components.
• Understand content strategy in SFCC, including content slots, assets, and localization.
• Enforce SFCC coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Improve page load speed and user experience through efficient coding and asset optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to implement technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security issues, and defects.
• Stay updated with SFCC releases, trends, and emerging technologies to foster innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SFCC development experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior role.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and site-level data layering.
• Expertise in SFCC architecture, controllers, and SFRA framework.
• Experience with Commerce API, B2C Commerce, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative, fast-paced work environments.
