Concord, an execution company, is seeking an SFCC Architect and Team Lead to design scalable omnichannel solutions on SFRA while mentoring a high-performing engineering team. You will own the technical health of production, manage critical third-party integrations, and drive performance and data integrity across the ecommerce stack.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise eCommerce with SFCC/ Demandware, strong leadership, and hands-on architecture experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of total experience delivering enterprise-scale eCommerce solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical architecture experience strictly within Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC / Demandware).
• Proven Track Record: At least 2 full-lifecycle enterprise implementations or major redesigns natively utilizing SFRA.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or functioning as a technical lead in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the solution design, customization, and stabilization of SFCC/SFRA environment.
• Own integrations with Fiserv CommerceHub, Manhattan Active Omni, Amplience, and Bazaarvoice.
• Set and enforce code quality standards; optimize performance and pipelines.
• Oversee release governance and production issue troubleshooting with DevOps.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional collaboration with product and QA.
