Job summary

Equitable’s Northern California Branch in San Francisco seeks an Advisor Support specialist to assist the branch managers and financial advisors from Monday through Friday in-office.

You will be a key coordinator handling recruitment support, onboarding coordination, content creation, and daily operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The role offers a base salary with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Strong research and data gathering abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting support for District Managers by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinating between candidates and the Onboarding Manager.
• Creating social media content and posts.
• Serving in an Operations capacity to meet the branch’s needs.
