Job summary

A leading company in the tech sector is looking for a Salesforce Solution Specialist / Architect to deliver large-scale solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Salesforce Architecture, with a focus on implementation for Fortune 500 clients. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce products and integration architectures, aiming to enhance client solutions and drive success in their Salesforce strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect and Agentforce Certifications.
• 8-12 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture.
• Expert level understanding of Salesforce product suite, including minimum 3 clouds.

Salesforce Solution Specialist / Architect

Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect and Agentforce Certifications is a must.

1. 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale, multi-million dollar solutions and AI strategies.
2. 8-12 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major Fortune 500 companies, Big 4, or major SI consulting practices, implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects including Agentforce.
3. Expert level understanding and 10+ years of direct experience with the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community/Experience clouds (minimum 3 clouds) and Agentforce.
4. 10+ years in Salesforce business process design and rules configuration.
5. Extensive knowledge of platform authentication patterns such as SAML, SSO, OAuth, and Agentforce.
6. 10+ years in multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions in tech, telecom sectors.
7. 8+ years experience in integration architecture and tools, including real-time APIs and ETL tools like SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft, Salesforce Connect; knowledge of Salesforce platform events and ESB integrations (e.g., SAP).

Additional requirements include client-facing experience, expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, configuration, declarative customization, APEX development, and enterprise architecture best practices. Candidates should have extensive experience with data migrations, platform security (TLS, SSL), and a strong desire to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
