Job summary

Krueger International in Bonduel, WI, is seeking a Sewing Technician for the Upholstery Department on the first shift. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with a $0.50 increase after 6 months.

You will join, topstitch and c‑jex material for multi‑functional chair and stool lines with a focus on quality output. Responsibilities include rotating between sewing and c‑jex machines, troubleshooting sewing machinery, and maintaining strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial sewing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours a day.
• Good eye-hand coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills desired.
• Ability to read a tape measure up to 1/32”.
• Frequent sitting, bending and standing required.

Responsibilities

• Join, topstitch, and c‑jex material for all multi‑functional chair and stool lines with quality output.
• Complete rotations between sewing and c‑jex machines; continuous hand use throughout the shift.
• Troubleshoot sewing machinery, rethread machines, wind bobbins, and adjust edge guides.
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail for products.
