Job summary

Structureworks in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking experienced Sewing Technicians to join our production team. You will fabricate canopies and blinds in a fast-paced shop, cutting and sewing fabrics and tracking material usage with a collaborative crew.

The role requires at least two years of sewing experience, lifting up to 20 pounds, and a commitment to safe, honest work. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, with $18–$22 per hour compensation.

We are looking for experienced Sewing Technicians who thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Structureworks sells outdoor structures and fabric canopy products that are designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a sewing and fabrication role producing our fabric canopies and blinds. You will be working with a team of hard-working fabricators to make the highest-quality outdoor structures and shade products in North America.

The pace is often fast; if you like to keep busy and are motivated to do well, this could be the perfect position for you.
