The role is full-time, 50 hours per week including Saturdays, with a focus on coaching staff, optimizing merchandising, and maintaining high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years relevant management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail store operations and lead a team to meet sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate sales activities and training.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and store appearance to maintain profitability.
• Prepare end-of-day sales reports and support accounting processes.
