Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks an Operator – Sewing to join our Easton, PA manufacturing team. You will perform assigned sewing operations, ensure bundles meet quality standards, and track production through the Leadtec system in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read instructions, and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, to meet production goals. On-site work with a collaborative, safety-focused shop floor culture.

Qualifications

• Prior sewing experience preferred; willingness to learn commercial sewing machine operation.
• Ability to read and write English to follow written work instructions, bundle coupons, and operational documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to meet quality standards and adhere to job requirements.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Highly organized with capacity to manage multiple bundles and production coupons.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
• Overtime and weekend availability as production demands require.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned sewing operations and ensure bundles meet quality standards.
• Track production through the Leadtec system and report pay coupons accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with safety standards.
