Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Operator – Sewing to join our Easton, PA manufacturing team. You will perform assigned sewing operations, ensure bundles meet quality standards, and log activity in the Leadtec system.

This is a 1st shift, on-site role requiring attention to detail, ability to read work instructions in English, and readiness to work overtime and weekends as production needs. You will help keep the workstation clean and safe while collaborating with supervisors to meet daily

Qualifications

• Prior sewing experience preferred; demonstrated ability or willingness to learn commercial sewing machine operation.
• Ability to read and write in English to follow written work instructions, bundle coupons, and operational documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet quality standards and adhere to special job requirements on every bundle.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and consistently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple bundles and track production coupons without error.
• Physical ability to work both sitting and standing for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Availability and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as production demands require.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned sewing operations within the manufacturing environment to ensure quality bundles.
• Log activity and bundle coupons in the Leadtec system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with safety standards.
• Support meeting daily production targets and adapt to plant needs as required.
• Overtime and weekend shifts may be required to meet production demands.
