Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial sewing, upholstery, or textile manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC sewing machine programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and related equipment.
• Create patterns and perform alterations as needed.
• Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials with precision, ensuring consistency between production batches.
• Inspect patterns to determine sewing requirements and select appropriate sewing techniques.
• Assemble straps, harnesses, and leather components per drawings and specifications.
• Perform sewing operations using various stitches and techniques.
• Inspect materials and finished products to meet quality standards.
• Keep track of supply inventory.
• Perform routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
