B-Sew Inn in Springfield, MO, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to sell sewing machines and related products while delivering outstanding customer service. This full-time role (40 hours/week, Saturdays included) requires a friendly attitude, product knowledge, and the ability to upsell and close sales.

You will greet guests, demonstrate products, process sales, manage inventory, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years relevant sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and adheres to the BSI culture.
• Greets guests and determines desired merchandise.
• Displays merchandise and suggests selections to meet needs.
• Explains features of sewing machines and related products; answers questions.
• Processes sales invoices using Point of Sales System.
• Maintains knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and solicit additional sales.
• Maintains records related to sales and quotes.
• Sells service contracts for machines sold.
