Qualifications

• Ability to operate sewing machines and assemble textile materials.
• Read and interpret technical packets, SOPs and instructions.
• Work overtime and lift up to 50 pounds when required.
• Full-time, on-site position in Aberdeen, NC.

Responsibilities

• Support and report to the Sewing Manager in daily duties.
• Perform basic to advanced sewing functions with high proficiency.
• Maintain quality standards and accuracy in production.
• Follow procedures, read technical documentation, and interpret instructions.
• Identify components and workings of sewing machines.
• Use various sewing machines, fixtures, and tooling effectively.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and arrange external service when needed.
• Keep workspace clean and organized according to company standards.
