Spiritus Systems is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator to join the Aberdeen, NC manufacturing team. The role involves operating sewing machines, following technical packets and SOPs, and maintaining product quality on a fast-paced production line.

The ideal candidate will be able to read technical documentation, perform basic machine maintenance, and lift up to 50 pounds. This full-time on-site position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• May be required to work overtime depending on business needs.
• Physical requirements may include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Able to read and interpret technical packets, written processes, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support and report to the Sewing Manager.
• Perform basic to advanced sewing functions to assemble textile materials into a finished product.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure accuracy with high proficiency.
• Read and interpret technical packets, SOPs, and written processes.
• Identify components and workings of sewing machine.
• Utilize various sewing machines, fixtures, and tooling for sewing tasks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by leadership.
