Job summary

Adecco partners with a family-owned Nashua, NH manufacturer to hire a Sewing Machine Operator. The role supports producing high-quality textile items, including quilts and ponchos, on industrial sewing machines with a focus on accuracy and efficient output.

The position offers a flexible start time window (6:00 AM–8:00 AM) for an 8-hour shift, with competitive hourly pay and a supportive, small-team environment. Prior sewing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sewing machine experience required.
• Experience in textile or garment production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to assemble and produce textile products
• Sew various materials including fabrics for quilts, nets, ponchos, and similar items
• Follow detailed production instructions and established quality standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Meet daily production goals and timelines
