Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic understanding of sewing machine mechanics and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Skilled in multi-tasking and working in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders for production.
• Operate industrial sewing machines.
• Comply with safety standards for sewing machine operation.
• Monitor machine operation and report problems.
• Understand requirements of the Sewing Department and produce quality work on a consistent basis.
• Understand and follow S.O.P.'s regarding work order routing.
• All other responsibilities assigned.
