THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to expand our sewing machine operators and to invest further into our community to help fulfill our mission to continue to protect those who serve to protect us with American designed, engineered and manufactured products.

A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards while having a willingness to learn and improve on the job.

THE RESPONSIBILITY

You will be responsible for manufacturing our carrier, as well as other product designs from our product line end-to-end and also assisting other operators to complete larger tasks as a unit.

1. Ability to work well independently and in a team
2. Use different sewing machines as needed depending on the product and fabric
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
